The Lyman Homestead is available for rental year round. Rental rates are available by calling the Lyman Homestead Events Office at 860.349.1793 ext. 6011 or Jordan Caterers at 203.272.8213.
The newly restored Homestead is furnished with period antiques each with panoramic views of the countryside and Orchard . Rooms may be arranged in any style to meet your unique needs.

The Homestead additionally has AV, seating and tables available upon request. We welcome your visit to tour the Homestead and surrounding properties for your event.

Rental rates are based on the number of guests, the type of function, the length of your event and the season. We have special rates for Not-for profit events.
