The office will be headed by Jordan event managers Lawson Smith, formerly of The Good Food Store, and Marianne Castaldo, formerly of Baxter's of Black Rock.

"This location will be able to service any size event. Fairfield County has been somewhat limited in the number of catering/event planning companies to call upon for quality parties,” explained Licitra. “We’ll be marketing to corporations to handle all of their special event needs as well as individuals and families looking to host exquisite social events. The Darien office will offer fully prepared menus for delivery and a resource for corporate food service consultation and management.”
